Herman Miller's Sayl Chair: Live Unframed

“American office furniture manufacturer Herman Miller needs no introduction.” Really, because this is the first time I’ve seen the name. In any event, there’s a new chair. Yes, a chair. Not exactly sure why I’m writing about an office chair, but here we are.

It’s called the Sayl Chair.

It doesn’t have any of the following: built-in Wi-fi, Google TV integration, videoconferencing of any sort, push notifications, or 3D.

It is, I suppose, a fancy-looking office chair.

My favorite is the official description:

People at their best live unframed, going beyond expectations to surprise and delight us. With SAYL, we set out to design and build a chair family that gives form to that spirit.

Hmm.

It is made of 93 percent recycled material, which is neat in and of itself.
