Prognosis: Dead sexy

The demo unit was running Windows Vista, but I’d bet MSI would offer an XP version as well. Who knows, though, as the April release date might shake things up a bit. All in all, the thing seemed fairly responsive. The keyboard was big, with nice responsive keys, and the 13.4-inch screen looked pretty nice.

If anything else, the $699 starting price oughta strike fear in the hearts of many. It’s really not a netbook once you get past the Atom processor but whatever it is, it’s light, portable, relatively inexpensive, and gorgeous.
