There hasn’t been too much information since last July about the HTC Omni, but rumors have definitely been circulating. The latest and greatest rumor flying around is the HTC Omni might be the Google OS Demo unit titled, “Dream.” Why the speculation? There are some glaring similarities between the two devices. According to Google, the “Dream” will feature a touch-sensitive rectangular screen, a swivel screen w/ full keyboard underneath and will be 3 inches wide and 5 inches long. The end of the handset will also be beveled so it is “nestles in the palm.” Does the HTC Omni feature all of the above? Yes-so it’s not a bad rumor, just the first in a line of many to come.
